Description: Swing shift support for the ESS team, accelerate data collection and run various lab tools (R2R and S2S tools preparation, support on metrology tools) for production and process development. Proactively assist scientists and engineers in the lab, tool preparation, accelerate their day-to-day work by providing quality support and data collection Operate complex R&D equipment and follow best known methods (BKM) Customer sample preparation with appropriate labelling, bookkeeping, inventory of samples shipped to customers and shipping documentation Good housekeeping skills, disposing of used materials and follow appropriately recommended procedure Good data logging, data collection and maintain logbook, coordinate with all team members and maintaining clear and open lines of communication to help smoothly run the lab activities Willingness to learn new metrology and analysis (data collection, calculating standard deviation, summarize the data. Calibrate the instrument whenever necessary). Good computer skills Requirements: The role requires individuals to follow strict internal protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Support the team in sample production, packaging and shipment activities. Support hardware, process and metrology team’s activities and also work across shifts, if necessary Follow lab protocol for safety, PPE, proper waste disposal and documentation. Work and coordinate tasks with the team members and maintain inventory of materials May participate in designing experiments, preparing hypotheses to be tested and executing experiments and data collection.
