GBS Change Analyst Co-op

Iron Mountain’s Global Business Services (GBS) group is hiring an experienced Change Analyst Co-op You will join a dynamic and fast-paced organization whose mission is to be a trusted strategic partner to our internal and external customers through optimization, standardization, and enterprise capabilities.

Change Analyst Role:

The Change Analyst Co-op will play an integral role in crafting and disseminating project and team messages. This would include collaborating with various internal partners to draft, coordinate, and execute internal communications. The Change Management Analyst Co-op will oversee and coordinate the entire change management process supporting projects.

The Change Analyst Co-op will be responsible for writing and editing communications in various forms, including email communications, internal websites, internal social sites, project training documents, and organizing events to support projects and programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with project teams to assess change needs.

  • Contribute to change and project teams in driving communications & training deliverables.

  • Organizing internal events and meetings, managing newsletters and intranet content.

  • Creating and facilitating PMO feedback channels.

  • Tracking project communications impacts and maintaining PMO communication calendar and project training documents.

  • Assisting project stakeholders in improving implementation communication and training documentation.

  • Defining the value of effective project communication needs and maintaining a positive internal culture.

  • Create and maintain project distribution lists

Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:

  • Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, public relations, digital communications, learning, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of communications techniques and practices, including planning, materials development, measurement, and evaluation.

  • Ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.

  • Knowledge of change management is an asset

  • Great organizational, project, and time management skills.

Educational Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an expectation that the degree will be obtained by July 2027 or earlier

  • Must be enrolled in a Canadian college/university during the course of the co-op/ internship

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Project Management or similar field
