Insight Global is looking for a Network and Telephony Analyst to join the Cyber Security team with a Healthcare Client. The resource will be reporting directly into the cyber security manager, helping install and configure the VoIP.

Skills and Requirements

• 2-3 years in a Networking, Telephony and VoIP environment,

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification

• Install, configure, and maintain Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems

• Provide network support and troubleshoot VoIP system issues

• Proficient in Cisco networking environments and VoIP technologies

• Familiarity with LAN and WAN systems, and network protocols

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - Bilingual in English and French null
