Some Responsibilities of the Investment Accountant:

• Ensure fund compliance.

• Assist in compliance processes and fund closings.

• Support audits and tax filings.

• Aid investor relations and decision-making.

• Manage capital calls, payments, and records.

• Prepare financial statements and review property data.

  Requirements

• 3+ years in public accounting OR

• 5+ years in real estate accounting.

• Bachelor's in accounting

• Exposure to partnership or investment accounting

• Familiarity with entity compliance necessary.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a team.

• Motivated to learn and support business needs.

• Strong business writing skills advantageous.

• Proactively solves problems and follows through on decisions.
