We are currently looking for a Demand and Supply Planning Specialist to join our Operations team.

Location: Maslak, İstanbul

Type of contract: Temporary (7 Months Contracted)

As a Demand and Supply Planning Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

  • Revise and refine forecasting statistical models & create baseline forecast with the appropriate statistical models and parameters.

  • Consolidate and validate the results from consensus demand plan, in order to drive the business with highly accurate demand forecast (one number principle).

  • Constructively challenge marketing and sales to be able to achieve accurate consensus demand plan.

  • Follow up the actual demand situation in the field and production and coordinate the necessary actions.

  • Ensure that the key meetings (Simplified MBP meetings etc.) held efficiently and continuously.

  • Collect information and assumptions to provide input for MBP cycle

  • Reach the Consensus Demand and and share the CDP.

  • Be the part of the ICP (Intagrated Commercial Plan) study by providing the baseline study for the category. Contribute to building block study together with marketing and CCSD (Category Development).

  • Daily follow COF, COF Reason code, STO tracking.

  • Ensure timely and availability of both local&import finished goods dispatch plan arrival.

  • Ensure that the stock covers of finished goods are in line with stock policy by inventory management in SNP.

  • Follow up the production and ensure that the produced goods are available to sales on time as released status.

  • Weekly control the dispatch plans for imported products and ensure they are in line with the min max targets.

  • Ensure effective communication between related parties (demand planner, PP/DS planner, factory etc.) in order to maintain supply and demand balance.

  • Act as the primary contact for imported finished good producer markets.

  • Establish stock policies for finished goods. Periodically review the stock level to pro-actively look for solutions in case of deviations.

  • Portfolio Management- Inform Data team to change the staus of delisted products. Regulary challenge the BU for # of SKU'S.

  • Supply visibility: Provide supply visibility to Sales Operation and Customer Supply Chain

  • Define quota need and follow up the execution.

  • Freshness, - Ensure high freshness by creating executive reports and following in the MBP cycle.

  • Ensure that the Partnership Agreement active with min requirements (Unbundlor, Documentation-GSI, Producer info, Receiver Info) and is followed for IMS operations.

  • Lead/Participate the supply chain projects for the business.

  • Monthly publish the DSP KPI's and align with the team for Managament Letter comments.

  • Ensure the timely publish of weekly freshness reports.

  • Maintain Data and System ( e.g Past Due PO)

Which profile are we looking for?

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Fluent in English

  • 1-2 years of relevant operations experience, in at least one of the following areas: Customer Service, MPS Planner, IMS , Procurement, DSP Planning
