Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Decision Scientist to join a large insurance client on a 6 month contract with high possibility of conversion to full time. The successful candidate will be joining the data and analytics group to assist in transforming and maturing their DnA environment to use data for business decisions. Excellent experience within data and analytics, data transformation, and being able to tell a story with data is essential to be successful in this role. This is a hybrid role with one day a week in office required in Markham.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years experience within data science and analytics roles.

• Excellent hands on experience with data analytics tools such as SAS and SQL, and reporting tools (Tableau and/orPowerBI).

• Previous experience with data transformation and data maturity projects.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally, and consultant mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table. - Insurance or banking experience

• Project Management or Change Management experience and relevant certifications null
