About the role

Our RPA team is part of the Digital Technology entity and provides services to the entire Solvay Group.

As an RPA Developer Trainee, you will support the RPA development team in the daily operational tasks. You will get the opportunity to contribute to improving our services to the end user, participate in new tools implementation, and have a positive impact on the overall RPA development across Solvay.

You will be accountable for:

• Improving our automated incident detection

• Analyze and fix issues within the internal RPA automation

• Incident resolution analysis

• Assist in the implementation of new tools to improve RPA ways of working

• We offer an internship (12 months) contract based on a hybrid working mode.

About you

• Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering or Mathematics

Competencies:

• Preferential knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, VB.Net, or other)

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Behaviors:

• Good analysis and problem-solving skills

About the pay and benefits

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay for this role is 950 EUR to 1050 EUR, depending on your academic grading. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
