Job title:
Services Business Specialist
Focused on driving business performance and customer intimacy in the service domain for Portugal area.
Your role:
Executes the EU Service commercial strategy into short-term execution in Portugal, across business.
Close relationship with the different Modality Sales Specialists / Account Managers/ Key Account Managers, to drive the service business performance, at Point of Sales and non-Point of Sales.
Management of customer relationship to maximize service business opportunities, together with the relevant stakeholders
Contributes to the install base and bleeders management to improve service business profitability
Main KPIs: 18-month OIT, CSG%, Contract penetration, On-time renewals, forecast accuracy, contract profitability, NPS
You're the right fit if you have:
Bachelor/master’s degree
Work experience in the service area with a strong affinity for continuous improvement, with proven ability to drive change
Deliver results and manage customer expectations.
Have entrepreneurial and commercial thinking, analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
