Are you searching for a dynamic role that combines special events, communications and team member relations? If so, our Team Member Experience Specialist role may be right for you! This professional will play a vital role in the Clemens Food Group's (CFG) Communications Department by supporting efforts to Connect, Inform and Engage internal and external stakeholders - with an emphasis on our more than 5,000 team members across multiple locations. In this role, the Specialist will work closely with many departments (primarily HR) to develop and implement events and initiatives to create a first-rate team member experience for our company. This candidate will be called upon to implement and champion programs and events that bring CFG's mission and values to life for our team members, as well as oversee recognition programs that support and advance CFG's culture. The Team Member Experience Specialist is a team player, creative thinker, and strong communicator who can effectively deliver on desired outcomes. This critical role will focus on alignment, feedback and engagement across all our CFG locations. We are looking for someone who will be passionate about the CFG culture, and its team members.

Job Responsibilities:

Event Coordination & Implementation Develop and maintain corporate calendar of events Partner with business leaders, members of the HR team and operations leaders to plan and execute all company-wide employee event and engagement initiatives and activities, such as CFG's annual, all-employee culture events and giveaways Implement team member recognition programs and events to drive company performance and sense of community Execute ongoing team member feedback & listening strategy including surveys and periodic focus groups; coordinate results dissemination and facilitate action efforts Create/update project plans, develop agendas and meeting flow, and initiate feedback sessions for all events and initiatives Responsible for the management and coordination of all set-up and break down of meeting venues, including food and catering services, AV, and onsite signage Serve as owner and facilitator of key Associate Experience milestones such as new hire onboarding General Communications Write and edit communications materials associated with team member events and initiatives Assist with content creation and securing of photos/video of events for use on communication platforms Work with outside vendors (projects, payments) as appropriate Continuously evaluate performance of event strategies to improve processes Ensure that all corporate events, giveaways and communications adhere to Brand Guidelines Maintain internal communications calendar, update SOP's and department "playbooks"

Education Bachelors (required)

Experience 5 years: Of relevant work experience in employee experience, engagement and communications. Strong project management skills and ability to independently prioritize as needed to the shifting demands of the organization. Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence across functions and levels. Strong communicator (written and spoken). Self-starter, creative with a passion for team member experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred not required.  (required) 5 years: Canva OR Adobe experience required. (required)
