Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud Implementation Project Lead in GURUGRAM, India

Job Description

Position is for a Implementation Project Lead, with implementation background in Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud Applications. As an Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud Implementation Project Lead, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud modules. You will be responsible for 1. The successful delivery of the project leading up toimplementation and support engagements.2. Ensure various phases of the project are planned and agreed – Requirements, Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Handover.2. Ensure project delivery within scope, time, and cost, meeting the quality constraints.3. Track key project deliverables to satisfactory closure from the customer.4. Conduct daily scrum / stand-up meetings at start and end of day to assign tasks, monitor, and update progress on the tasks.5. Periodic tracking and monitoring of project progress with planned vs actual reporting

We are looking for following Skills:Minimum 10+ Years of Implementation experience in Oracle Sales Cloud with strong SCM/ERP Background. Total 10-15 Yrs. of experience.Candidate must have gone through at least three full project lifecycle of SCM/ERP implementation

10+ years of technical experience in developing and delivering Oracle ERP/ Cloud Financials or Supply Chain modules (GL,AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, OM, INV)Proficient in delivering SDLC development projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Working with service delivery, cross functional and business teams in complex environmentParty Data migration and Integration in Oracle Financials, & Supply Chain modulesChange Management, Release schedules as per project milestones (CRP, SIT, UAT and PROD deployments)Experience in least 1-2 lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials or Supply chain implementations as a Project Lead / Project manager1 to 3 years of experience in the tools, knowledge and techniques for managing projects, risks, issues, dependencies,work breakdown structures, project planning and resource management.1 to 3 years of experience in leading small to mid-size teams in development projectsDuties : 1. As an Oracle CX Sales Cloud Techno/Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle CX Sales Cloud modules. You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Sales Cloud Modules. You will be expected to Design and develop solution using Oracle Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement.

Create comprehensive technical design document. Unit testing of the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind.

Work as part of an existing team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business stake holders.

Education & Experience:

BE, BTech, MCA , MBA in Finance/Operations or equivalent preferred. PMP/Scrum Master Certification is preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.

10+ years relevant working experience

##Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:
