Job Description
Position is for a Techno/Functional Implementation Specialist, with implementation background in Oracle CX Service Cloud Applications. As an Oracle CX Service Cloud Techno/Functional specialist, you will be working both at offshore and onshore client engagements which involves implementation of Oracle CX Service Cloud modules. You will be interacting with the customer to understand their business processes and map them to Service Cloud Modules. You will be expected to Design and develop solution using Oracle Service Cloud tools and technology to meet business requirement. Create comprehensive technical design document. Unit testing of the solution keeping end to end business flow in mind. Work as part of an existing team and communicate effectively with all the team member and business stake holders.We are looking for following Skills:6+ years of relevant experience in delivering technology solutions in Oracle Service Cloud space.Good hands on experience with OSvC BUI release.Hands on experience in all administration task including users, profiles, custom object creation, reports creation and Workspace creation.Hands on experience in JavaScript, PHP, HTML and CSS in OSvC space.Custom Script and Custom Processes (Event Handlers)Experience integrating with REST APIsStrong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication skills.

Education & Experience:
BE, BTech, MCA , CA or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered.
6+ years relevant working experience
##Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

Good hands on experience with OSvC BUI release.
