Job Duties and Responsibilities

The role of the Information Technology A/P & Contract Analyst II is to support, and facilitate contracts for technology spending on services and products across the organization. This includes providing support in the execution of requests for reporting, transaction execution,goods and services receipts and tasks as assigned . The Analyst II will also facilitate communication between the enterprise and its providers in order to deliver products and services according to plan and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase orders and maintain the purchase order system

  • Accounts Payable functions include, process invoices, enter invoices into system, printchecks, process checks for mailing, file paid invoices, research paid invoices fordepartments

  • Support service contracts from beginning to end, including recruitment, procurement, development, contract review, services, and consultant contracts

  • Support the organization’s budgeting processes

  • Assist in the creation of executive summaries/memos which provide leadership key details of IT contracts

  • Perform contract research and provide needed support to assist our business partners, vendors and legal teams in the contract process

  • Assist with goods receipt and accounting reporting as needed

  • Learn and transact employee ID creation process related to contract workers

  • Run/analyze contract reports, in support of strategic and day to day needs

  • Support IT Document Repository to ensure all agreements are entered timely and metadata associated with the agreements is detailed and accurate

  • Provide support to meet documentation gathering deadlines during the quarterly contract renewal process

  • Assist in documenting new and existing processes

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in the field of Business, Information Technology or other related field

  • Minimum 2 years direct work experience in a contract management or similar position

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with Oracle, MS Excel, and Google Workspace preferred

  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills; Persuasive, encouraging, and diplomatic

  • Adept at conducting research into product- and service-related issues

  • Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies

  • Customer service skills are an asset

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
