Position Summary :

The CRM Specialist and business analyst will enable and execute process improvements within the Salesforce.com application, supporting our order management and commercial organizations. Activities include managing support and enhancements for email-to-case, expanding our project management module, setting up new users, quoting and pricing improvements, development coordination including testing and implementation within Salesforce.com, and providing ongoing analytical support for internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Salesforce.com users and drive regional alignment with strategic CRM initiatives.

  • Maintain and develop Salesforce.com business processes and provide reporting and support for the system and users as required.

  • Effective project management adhering to established timelines.

  • Facilitate enhancements to the related order management capabilities (email-to-case and project management module).

  • Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for quarterly performance metrics.

  • Provide training on Salesforce.com improvements and extended capabilities.

  • Manage metrics and trends, implementing proactive actions to increase efficiencies and productivity and trends.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required preferably in an analytical, information technology, or business field (operations management, engineering, sciences, finance, business, information technology).

  • 3+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management systems is preferred.

  • Proven Microsoft Office experience in Outlook, Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Must have proven experience in customer relations and problem-solving customer issues.

  • Ability to work effectively across multiple facilities and reporting lines.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Oracle or other ERP systems.

  • 3+ years of Sales Operations, Sales Analyst, Business Analyst or similar experience.
