IBM Onboarding Success partner - Team leader in Budapest, Hungary

Your Role and Responsibilities

A sneak peek into this role:

Our Onboarding team is focused on delivering a signature, experience for our new hires. As onboarding partner you are responsible for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1.

Why you'll love your job:

  • First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding.

  • Processing new hire via applicant tracking system, assuring compliance within IBM and country hiring and onboarding policies and legal requirements

  • Monitoring requests and delivery of all provisioning items (lap top, badge, IDs)

  • Communication with new hires and hiring managers

  • Creation of hiring letter and onboarding documents

  • Facilitating paperwork completion and processing

  • Collaboration with local onsite IBM teams (recruitment, security, hiring manager)

  • Ensure employee data collected at the onboarding stage reaches HR system(s) in a timely manner

  • Comply with local government requirements in a timely manner

  • Act as SME for Onboarding related topics

  • Collaboration on global project and initiatives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

  • 4 years experience in administrative and client management role

  • Fluent in English and any other European language (Spanish, French, German, Romanian,... )

  • Ability to prioritize the tasks

  • Good organizational and problem solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills - team player

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel

  • Orientation on detail & Precision

  • Passion for new technologies

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

Experience with the following are bonus points, but not necessary, you can learn them at IBM:

  • Experience in multinational organization

  • Experience in change and project management
